This week we hit 21 weeks. We are sooooo very close to hitting that magical 24 weeks for viability, where the babies can sustain life outside the womb. When I hit 25 weeks, I am going to jump up and down (well maybe not exactly jump, maybe waddle) and scream from the roof tops. I am sooooo excited for May to get here and to meet my babies in May!!
How far along? 21 weeks
Size of Baby: TheBump says the baby is the size of a banana! 10.5 in long and 12.7 ounces now!
Total Weight Gain/Loss: Gained about 2-7lbs with all the gains and losses I've had. Doing good over here!

Maternity Clothes: Yep, still loving them. Actually, the shirt I have on today, may be too short in the belly soon. I didn't plan very well....
Gender: Boy AND Girl!
Belly Button In/Out: In still but it definitely feels different.
Stretch Marks: A few. Bummer. I'm going to call them beauty marks, HA!
Labor Signs: Nope.
Movement: Yes, pretty sure my little Madison is hitting me and my little Michael continues to kick his sister like he did in the ultrasound last week!
Sleep: Depends on the night. Some are good, some not so much.
Cravings/Aversions: Still not really craving anything but still can't eat chicken and a lot of my normal favorites don't taste good. Fish is the only consistent positive.
Symptoms: Still sick and belly is growing! Felt better recently compared to the past.
Feeling: Tired and excited and extremely blessed!
Best Moment this Week: I had a regular OB check up this week and although I had no ultrasound, I got to hear both babies' heartbeats on the doppler for the very first time. That was really cool!
What I Miss: A normal appetite, a good night's sleep
What I am Looking Forward To: February 13th. This will make me 25 weeks and at that point, my babies can live outside of the womb (in the NICU for a while, of course), and that makes me feel much more relaxed that I will be holding my babies soon enough!!
Milestones: Getting out of the teens and in to the 20s in regards to weeks, finding out the gender, naming the babies, and registering at Babies R Us!
Baby Milestones: Babies are busy creating meconium for that first diaper after birth. AND my little girl has stocked up on her lifetime supply of 6 million eggs!!
Next Appointment: February 5th I see the specialist again for a regular check up and February 12th I see the OB again for a check up and my 2nd one hour glucose test since I have to do it twice thanks to the multiples.
