On another note, I have VERY exciting news! Hubby and I are going to be buying a house!! We are so excited! Right now we are looking at a HUD house in Pflugerville. It is in an awesome neighborhood, near Falcon Point golf course, close to Lake Pflugerville, and has pretty much everything we want in a house. We put in a bid on it last night! We find out on Friday whether or not our bid was accepted and if it is we will be moving forward with it and we will still qualify for the $8000 tax credit!! Here's a picture of the house:
Cross your fingers, toes, pray, whatever you can! We really want this house. With everything that has happened to us in the last year, we NEED this house! I'm trying not to get my hopes up just in case we don't get it but at this point I am so excited, I can't help it! Either way, hubby and I will be purchasing a home soon and we are so very excited about it!
