No House

So we didn't get the house.  Boo!  We are no longer really looking at HUD houses unless another amazing one comes our way.  Today we spent all day looking at houses in the same area as the HUD was in and found several that were even better!!  Tomorrow we are going to go look at new builds and see if there is anything in inventory that we can afford.  We are confident that we will be in contract on a new house this month, in time for the tax credit, and in a new home by June.  This is a pretty stressful process, more so than I expected it to be, but it is also very exciting time in our lives.  Wish us luck!
